Nature’s Dragons Scouts is organized as follows:
- Horde – region
- Flight – state
- Wing – metropolitan area
- Nest – town
- Clutch – the smallest group of age levels based upon our Program Levels
A Nest may have multiple Clutches based upon the ages of the scouts and where they fit into our Program Levels.
Each Clutch must ensure that their decisions, public statements, relationships with third parties, activities, and events are consistent with our non-partisan and non-discriminatory nature, and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all scouts.
