Public Events

Clutches may choose to host open meetings, table at community events, or give potential new scouting families the opportunity to meet them at public events such as local festivals. 

Open Meetings

We encourage Clutches to share information about their open meetings, so that we can make it available on our site and calendar. For safety reasons, we suggest holding open meetings in a public space, such as a park.

Please adhere to all public safety guidelines when attending and/or tabling at community and public events.
